Balibeach Sanur Bali Golf Course was founded in 1972. Formerly known as The Grand Bali Beach Golf Course as a part of the facility of Balibeach Grand Hotel (now called the Inna Grand Balibeach Hotel).

In 2004, the management was taken over by a local corporation PT Karya Cipta Balindo. 95% of the land area was upgraded. An area of approximate 20 hectares or 3560 yards is also lavished with a number of facilities built in the building known as the Club House Balibeach Golf Course. Locker rooms with five star facilities, pro shop that provides a variety of merchandise and golf needs from variety of brands, meeting room with capacity up to 30 people, LCD equipped executive room, lounge Non smoking lounge which beautifully designed with capacity of 35 people, open air restaurant called the Verandah overlooking the golf course to the ballrroom, with capacities up to 200 seats. Moreover it's a golf course used as a place to hold events for more than 2000 people.

Balibeach Golf Course has operated since February 28, 2005. It is currently the only option in the island that offers various facilities, has a large parking lot, away from traffic jams, is easily accessible and serves exotic food at affordable prices.
