AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND GOLFNESIA
Golfnesia (the “Website”) is provided solely to assist you in gathering golf course information, determining the availability of golf course and its facilities, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with golf courses.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. To the extent you book any products or services on this Website through our online concierge agents, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such transactions.
Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website or make any reservation. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of this Website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use this Website in accordance with this Agreement; (iv) you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act; (v) you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; (vi) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, and (vii) if you have an golfnesia.com account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
3 days before 25% 1 day before 50%
2 days before 35% No SHOW 100%
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellations received prior to the period(s) or dates(s) mentioned in the cancellation policy will incur a processing fee equivalent to 15% of the booking value, dependent on the chosen currency and exchange rate at the time of booking.
Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 25% cancellation fee, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email. The additional 15% cancellation fee will NOT be charged in this case.
Failure to arrive at your golf course will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 18 holes green fee per number of players, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
Any changes to your reservation must be made directly to the golf course. This applies to change of dates, tee time, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part.

• Golfnesia is committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the golf course. If a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.

1. Golfnesia makes every effort to ensure that any materials or rates displayed on this website are accurate as at the date of issue. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur after the issue date which may make information displayed on this website no longer accurate or no longer reflect the current position.
2. Golfnesia hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the accuracy, completeness, quality or adequacy of any contents of this website.
3. While Golfnesia makes every effort to work with Golf Courses which provide an acceptable standard of service and for the price paid, we hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality or adequacy of any golf courses listed on our website.
